How to Deep Condition for HAIR GROWTH
Wash Days can be a real struggle!!! This typically involves a lot of manipulation from detangling, cleansing, styling, etc., which can leave natural hair dry.
1. Deep condition EVERY time you cleanse. The process of cleansing strips your hair and scalp of everything bad (dirt, build up, etc.) and good (oils, moisture, etc.) in order to properly clean your hair. So its important that the good elements of the hair and scalp are restored.
2. Apply your deep conditioner thoroughly from roots to ends. It is important to ensure that your hair is completely coated in deep conditioner for maximum effect. Apply the deep conditioner in sections to avoid missing any areas, especially your roots!!!
3. Mix your favorite oil into your deep conditioner!!! This will allow for an easier application, so you can easily distribute the deep conditioner throughout your hair. Your hair will also receive the nutrients and natural benefits that oil provides in addition to the deep conditioner. It's a win-win!!!
We recommend our Soothe & Strengthen Oil Blend to your favorite deep conditioner which helps to rejuvenate the scalp and promote length retention!!!
Recap
Deep Conditioning is a VERY important wash day step to promote hair growth. This process hydrates your hair, which helps to strengthen your hair strands, so that you can experience less breakage and more length retention. Doing this every time you cleanse, applying the product thoroughly, and adding oil for extra benefits, will contribute greatly to having longer and healthier natural hair!

Hi I was just wondering how often you can use leave-in conditioners (that are like hair butters). Are they something you can use to moisturise your hair daily?

I recently started adding oil into my deep conditioner and this has been a game changer. For one this helped the slip of the product so it was easier to distribute, but it also helped seal in the moister in my hair. My hair was probably as soft as it has ever been.

My deep conditioning routine went to another level after watching you on YouTube for over 2 years. You talk about the importance of using an oil to mix with the deep conditioner and that’s really made a difference in how my hair feels, how easy I can detangle and how smooth and moisturize my hair stays after I rinse it out. I’m so glad I follow you because you give tips that are logical and I can easily try and I instantly see results, thanks so muchhhh :) looveeee you, your hair and your channel

I recently started adding oil when conditioning my hair on wash days and I really like it. I also recently watched your video on wash day for hair growth right before I washed mine. I usually don’t like putting conditioner on “dirty” hair but I have it a try and I really like your wash day method! It was so much easier to condition and detangling first rather than last. I will definitely be using this method for all my wash days!
Thank you!

Thank you for this! It’s been so much easier to care for my natural hair when it’s properly moisturized, and now I know how to do so. God Bless you all!
