Orders and Shipping

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1 business day after they are placed excluding holidays. Orders placed after 12PM EST will be processed the following business day.
We offer UPS Ground (Domestic) and UPS Worldwide Economy (International).
Please note that these estimated delivery times are based on business days and do not account for weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates vary depending on the selected shipping method, the destination, and the weight of the package. You can view the shipping cost during the checkout process before finalizing your order.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package's journey. 
International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping to select countries. International shipping times and costs vary based on the destination. Please note that any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
Incomplete or Incorrect Addresses
It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate and complete shipping information. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the package is returned to us, we will contact you to issue a refund minus the shipping cost. We do not reship items.  
Order Cancellation
Once an order has been shipped and moved to fulfillment it cannot be cancelled.
Changes to Order
Once an order has been placed, the items purchased cannot be changed and discounts cannot be added so please be sure to carefully select the correct items, discount codes, and input the correct information.
Received Missing/Incorrect Items
If order is received with incorrect or missing items, please contact us. We will happily either issue a refund for missing/incorrect item or replace missing/incorrect item.
Lost or Damaged Packages
While we take every precaution to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition, we are not liable for lost or damaged packages caused by the shipping carrier. If your package arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us so we can initiate a claim with the carrier.
