Refunds and Returns
Return
Returns can be initiated within 15 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. We cannot accept returns for products that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer. We will process a refund minus the packaging cost within 14 days of receiving the returned package from the shipping carrier.
To initiate a return please contact our customer service team at customercare@anaturalerose.com to obtain a return shipping label. Please include your original receipt or packing slip with the returned item. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds
All e-books are NON-REFUNDABLE.
If your package is returned to us unopened due to an incorrect/incomplete address or failed delivery, we will process a refund minus the packaging cost within 14 days of receiving the returned package from the shipping carrier. We do not reship packages.
Order Cancellation
Once an order has been shipped and moved to fulfillment it cannot be cancelled.
If you believe you have a valid reason for requesting a refund based on the criteria mentioned above, please don't hesitate to contact us. Be sure to include your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos.
