The Armor Of God

Ephesians 6:10-11 (NIV):
“Finally, be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes."

What is the Armor of God?

The Belt of Truth: Let truth be our foundation, holding everything together. In a world of falsehoods and deception, stand firm in God's truth.

The Breastplate of Righteousness: Guard your heart with righteousness. Let your actions and thoughts be guided by God's standards, protecting you from spiritual attacks.

The Shoes of the Gospel of Peace: Walk in the peace that comes from the good news of Jesus Christ. Spread His message of reconciliation and peace wherever you go.

The Shield of Faith: Have unwavering faith in God's promises. Use your faith to extinguish the fiery darts of doubt and fear that the enemy hurls your way

The Helmet of Salvation: Secure your mind with the assurance of salvation. Let the hope of eternity guard your thoughts and protect you from despair.

The Sword of the Spirit (Word of God): Equip yourself with the Word of God, which is sharper than any two-edged sword. Let it be your offensive weapon against the enemy's lies.

Prayer: Above all, pray without ceasing. Prayer is our direct line of communication with God, empowering us to resist temptation and overcome trials.
